XS to 3XL. Some products come in combined sizes such as S/M and L/XL, and some are free size. Check each product listing for the exact sizes available.
Yes, most items are true to size. If a piece runs small, runs large, or is intentionally oversized, it is noted in the product description.
Use a soft measuring tape and compare against the size chart in each listing. All measurements are in centimetres and are stated as one full round (full circumference) before stretch, so measure yourself the same way. Shoulder, sleeve and length are single measurements, not doubled.

Singapore orders ship by SPX courier at a flat SGD3.60, free above SGD50, and arrive in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Some oversize items may carry an extra shipping charge, which is shown at checkout.
Yes. Malaysia orders ship by trackable mail at a flat SGD6.99, free above SGD120, and arrive in 5 to 10 working days.
Yes. International orders ship by trackable air mail from SGD8, arriving in 5 to 10 working days.
Returns are accepted for store credit issued as a gift card with no expiry. There is no restocking fee. Request your return within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging. Store credit is issued within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Full details are on our exchange and return page.
We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for store credit and use the credit on the piece you want instead.
Final sale items cannot be returned unless required by law. This covers sale merchandise that is not defective, underwear, selected lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, e-gift cards, and anything listed as non-returnable in the product name. Sale items, accessories and bags bought with a promotional or discount code are also not eligible.
The customer pays return postage. Use a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost mail.
That piece is made to order rather than held in stock. The product page shows the dispatch date, which is about 14 days from the order date.
MADEBYFER is the Ferlicious in-house label. Those pieces are designed by us and carry the MADEBYFER prefix in the product name.
