This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website

Do you accept exchange? 
We do not accept exchange but we accept return, refund will be made in the form of store credit minus restocking fee of $2 per item. 

No exchange / return for items with name stated non-returnable.


Orders made with promotional or discount codes: sale items, accessories and bags are not eligible for returns.Orders made with gift card are eligible for returns.


14 days from shipment date

Sale merchandise (unless defective), underwear, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned unless required by law.

Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

In the same condition as the moment you received them. All returned items must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

You can arrange returns via any shipping service you preferred.
You are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Ferlicious will not be responsible for any lost mail.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any loss mail.

  1. Contact us at here first to check if a return is necessary
  2. Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in an appropriate sized poly-mailer of your choice (you may also re-use the original package if possible)
  3. Place a label with the address of our warehouse provided after contacting us on the outside of your package. Please note that as the delivery service is being engaged by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damage, defective, or the incorrect item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your exchange item has been received and the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

For the time requires for the return package to reach our facility, you would need to check with the shipping service provider that you have engaged.

If your return is being approved, a refund via store credit only will be processed within 3 business days.
