Exchange & Return

This return policy applies to all purchases made on Ferlicious.com.

Do you accept exchanges?

No. We do not offer exchanges. We accept returns and refund in the form of store credit, issued as a gift card with no expiry. There is no restocking fee.

Return window

Request your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Email contact@ferlicious.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address.

What cannot be returned

Items with "non-returnable" stated in the product name cannot be returned. Final sale items cannot be returned unless required by law: sale merchandise that is not defective, underwear, selected lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items and e-gift cards.

Sale items, accessories and bags purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for return. Orders paid with a gift card are eligible.

Item condition

Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when you received them. Include the invoice or proof of purchase.

How to return

  1. Email contact@ferlicious.com with your order number to confirm the return.
  2. Pack the item securely with the invoice. You may reuse the original packaging.
  3. Post it back using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Return postage is paid by you, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost mail, so please keep your tracking number.

When you get your store credit

Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved returns are refunded as store credit within 3 to 5 working days. We do not refund back to credit card.
